Eligibility

To be eligible to vote or be voted for, a player must have at least 48 hours of in-county playtime during that month.

Playtime resets with each new month. Previous hours do not carry over.

Staff will verify eligibility before votes are counted or winners announced.

Contest Timeline

Contest Period: Runs from the 1st to the final day of each month.

Voting Opens: On the 1st day of the following month.

Voting Closes: After 2 days (the 2nd day of the new month at midnight).

The winner is announced shortly after voting concludes.

Voting

Voting is handled through Discord polls.

Each player may cast one vote per contest period.

Voting for yourself, using alternate accounts, or pressuring others to vote is not allowed.

Campaigning or bribing (in-character or out-of-character) will result in disqualification.

Judging Criteria

When choosing who to vote for, consider the player who best represents the spirit of Longhorn RP through:

Immersion – Staying true to their character and setting.

Storytelling – Creating memorable, engaging roleplay.

Community Impact – Making others’ experiences richer and more authentic.

Ask yourself, is there someone that you wish you could learn from? Someone in the community that you wish you could RP like? Someone you would love to learn from? THAT person should get your vote.

This isn’t a popularity vote.  It’s a recognition of craft. A salute to those who make the county feel alive. A way for all of us to push ourselves further and push ourselves to be the best.

Reward

The $100.00 USD (one hundred dollars and zero cents) reward is payable through CashApp or PayPal only. If you do not either of these, the server can reimburse you through donor items within the server donor store, or can purchase a script of your choice (with approval of said script).
