RedM is a multiplayer modification for Red Dead Redemption 2 that allows players to join custom roleplay servers.
How do I join the server?
How do I join the server?
You’ll need a legal copy of Red Dead Redemption 2 (PC version) or Red Dead Online, the RedM launcher, and you must acknowledge the rules within our Discord channel to get your role to join the server. There is no lengthy whitelist application.

Not at all. We welcome both beginners and experienced roleplayers. Our community will help you learn the ropes.

Our HUD/Metabolism system uses Fahrenheit for temperature. Head to your general settings and make sure you have Fahrenheit select rather than Celsius. You are taking damage because the script is reading you being too cold.

The economy is grounded in realism for the time. Wages are numbers that make sense, as are prices for goods. Jobs that make good money? Honestly, that is dependent on what you enjoy doing. RP isn't about making money, it's about creating an experience. There are plenty of ways to make money. Some ways to make GOOD money. For that, you will have to RP it out and find out in county. We have both whitelisted, and non whitelisted jobs. Whitelisted jobs would include Lawman, Judge, Attorney, Real Estate, Doctor, Horse Trainer and more.

Yes, we support custom businesses that fit into the world. From saloons to general stores, we work with players to bring their ideas to life. Want a business where you sell rotten apples? We can work on that for you. Fill out a business owner application, give staff your ideas, and they will open a ticket with you for more information, including if it is something we are able to do.

Yes, feel free to apply! However, for the application to be taken into consideration, we do suggest you get some time into the county. We want to make sure that our county is a good fit for you, and that you are a good fit for our county. Whitelisted jobs are typically reserved for people that show dedication and good RP.

In short, community. What I mean by that is, make yourself valuable. Whether that is helping new players in both Discord and the county. Make yourself valuable with your RP. Build a relationship with the members of the county. Once you have done all of that, head over to the staff application in the Discord.

Outlaws are welcome, but crime must be meaningful and roleplay-driven. We have restrictions on cooldowns, group sizes, and hostage-taking to keep it balanced. Check the rules for more information.

Open a ticket in the discord. Staff will need the name for your gang, a primary and secondary color, and a location you would like to be based out of. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the gang rules as well.

Yes, but it must always follow Fear-for-Life and Fear-of-Law rules. Random killing or trolling is not allowed.

The horse system that we use, the horses have a full metabolism system, which can be accessed by pressing F6. You need to feed your horse and give it water, if you pass 100 total food or water, your horse will be overweight and behave as such. Your horse also has a personality which will get better as you bond with it.
